Is anything charged per survey?
No. The yearly subscription covers your use of the platform for the full term — however many surveys your practice handles.
Will I receive a proper invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice is issued for every subscription payment. Applicable taxes are added to the plan price at billing.
What happens when the year ends?
We contact you before expiry. If you choose not to renew, your access ends at the close of the term — renewal is never automatic and nothing is charged without your instruction.
Can I get a refund if I stop using it?
No. All payments are final, including for unused time — this is stated before every purchase. The full position is in our Refund Policy.
